The Google Search Interface
Using the Google interface, you conduct one of more search queries to return websites that contain relevant
information for what your searching for. A query is merely a request for information and Google is the harness
that provides that information.
Constructing a Basic Query
Queries consist of one or more words, numbers, phrases, or special characters that together make up a single
search that Google will try to retrieve results on. The following is an exmaple of a basic query: [ Free Links and SEO Services ].
This query is telling Google to go out and find all indexed and cached websites that contain ANY instance of the keywords. The results
can include websites, document, images, catalogs... just about anything you could imagine. Often the result set will contain millions of
matches, with many of them being non-relevant to your search. This guide is designed to narrow that result-set down to find exactly
what your looking for every time you search.
